A simple rectangular cheese paddle made from sustainably sourced white oak timber. Smoked oak will age gracefully and has a beautiful grain. This paddle is designed to be used as an everyday chopping board or as a serving tray. It features a marine grade stainless steel hole for storage on hooks and also makes a lovely display piece. The timber is tough, long-lasting and knife-friendly as well as being naturally anti-bacterial. It will not scratch or damage easily.
