These beautifully soft sofa toppers are made from 100% cotton which has been hand-loomed, hand-woven and hand-dyed on a traditional loom by skilled artisans in Guinea, West Africa. They are then filled with Kapok, a natural, soft and hypoallergenic fibre that is hand-harvested from the pod of the Kapok tree. The off-white and black stripe is a timeless colour that will sit seamlessly with the rest of the range of mattresses and cushions. These mattress toppers can be piled on top of one another on a sofa or a daybed, to make an soft cushion for sitting or sleeping. They have been custom-made to fit the MCM House Joe sofa (and many other styles) and a safari daybed perfectly.

The brand seeks to blend both Hamidou's West African heritage and Tuulia's Finnish origin with sustainable and ethical core values. They do this by uniting centuries-old Guinean weaving and dying techniques with the beauty and simplicity of Nordic design.
