As you'll have seen here and here, I'm in love with Cocoon Couture. So I thought it was about time I found out a little more about this great little company. Here, the founder and creative director Ingrid Daniell opened up to Daily Imprint.

Which five words best describe you? Dreamy, happy, thoughtful, loving and passionate.
What was your first job and what path have you taken since then? My first job was a waitress... to save up some money so I could travel!! After my year of travel, I studied fashion; worked in the industry for 10 years, with my last position at Quiksilver designing the Roxy range, a fabulous job with lots of travel and surfing. Then the real fun started when I had my twin boys Flynn and Archer! Needing a creative out let I started Cocoon Couture with some wonderful friends and after a year and a half of juggling the creative and business aspects of Cocoon Couture I met my business partner in crime Melanie; together we have been having a great time building our boutique business.
What’s your proudest achievement? Raising my two beautiful boys. I have just dropped them off to their first day of school; they are so happy and excited - they make me proud!
What’s been your best decision? To enjoy the flow of life and listen to my instincts.
Who inspires you? My children, my husband and my mum.
What are you passionate about? Mental Health awareness and, of course, my family.
What’s the best lesson you’ve learnt? Mmmm; so many lessons in life... maybe the best lesson has been to learn from every single one of them, and use them to grow: no regrets.
Which person, living or dead, would you most like to meet? The Dali Lama
What dream do you still want to fulfil? To grow old with my husband and be a grandma to lots of healthy happy grandchildren.
What are you reading? The Year of Wonders by Geraldine Brooks.
